Connecting from the Warren Campaign

The Fresno County Democratic Central Committee has not endorsed any candidate in this race.

I wanted to share an event we’ll be having in Fresno on 1/11. It’s a half-day training for anyone interested in getting involved with the campaign. I’ll also be there that weekend. The sign up link is here: https://www.mobilize.us/californiaforwarren/event/180264/. Please feel free to share it with anyone you think might be interested.

A half-day training for volunteers interested in taking on a leadership role in the campaign.
Bitwise Industries, Classroom 4
700 Van Ness Ave
Classroom 4
Fresno, CA 93721

Can you volunteer at least 5 hours / week on the campaign? Can you organize at least two events / month in your community? Then join us for our Warren Weekend, a half-day training on the nuts and bolts of being a Community Team Leader for Warren!

Community Team Leaders play a key role in building the grassroots organization we need to win the Democratic nomination for president. They recruit local volunteers, set up voter contact and visibility events like door knocking, phone banking, tabling, and more! The campaign works directly with Community Team Leaders to provide advice, training, and support to develop a national network of local activists, representing Elizabeth in their hometowns/local areas.

This is a half-day training from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

The historic relationship of the United States with Latin America is like that of Europe with Asia and Africa. It has been a history of intervention and exploitation of the natural and human resources.

This has caused extreme poverty, the destruction of natural habitats, and stagnated development for the descendants of the first peoples of this continent. As a result, millions are unable to attain their human, intellectual and creative capacity. Many are forced to leave their homes in order to survive.
