Xavier is leading the charge on all the issues we care about most

With Election Day just two months away, there a few things you need to know about our Republican opponent:

He opposes the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate and won’t continue California’s crucial leadership in defending the health care law.

He won’t continue the work Xavier is doing to protect our immigrant communities.

He’s currently facing numerous charges of judicial misconduct.

MICHAEL, it’s essential that we elect Xavier in November to keep defending our families against every threat from the Trump administration and fighting for our values. Contribute $5 before tonight’s end-of-August deadline to make sure we can defeat our GOP opponent this fall.

Under Xavier’s leadership, California secured the first-in-the-nation court order to require the federal government to reinstate DACA for more than 100,000 Dreamers.

We ended the transgender military servicemember ban. We stopped a new policy threatening to limit access to birth control. We prevented the Trump administration from rolling back numerous environmental protections.

But there is so much more work still ongoing to defend immigrant families, save access to affordable health care, protect our environment and more.
