*** No candidate for Governor has been endorsed by the CDP ***
In the past two days we have had lots of good news. The most recent poll released in the San Diego Union Tribune shows Delaine’s support rapidly rising over the past month while three others have seen their numbers begin to free fall as voters cast their ballots.
Yesterday, Delaine received the endorsement from The Chico News & Review
“Governor: Democrat Delaine Eastin gets our vote. The former state superintendent of public instruction knows the value of education, has an environmentally sound platform (she opposes the twin tunnels project and wants to ban fracking), and supports health care for all. Those are but a few of the reasons Eastin, who comes from a working-class background and put herself through school (undergrad at UC Davis and grad school at UC Santa Barbara), would make a great governor. If elected, she’d be the first woman to hold the post.”
All of the polls indicate one thing, the race for second place is wide open and voters are looking for an alternative. We can do this.
Our ad, Cut Out the Middle Men, has reached over 500,000 people on social media alone in the past week and is debuting in additional markets this weekend.
I want to take it even further next week and am planning to make a major buy on Tuesday. How much depends on you. Will you chip in $29.20, $92, $292 or whatever you can afford?
I want voters to know that there is an exciting woman running for governor that they can vote for, not these “middling men” (as one person commented on social media), to vote against.
