We just won a big victory to protect access to birth control, but we still have a long fight ahead. Will you add your name to take a stand against Trump administration attacks?

The Affordable Care Act guarantees women access to birth control with no copay. The law couldn’t be more clear, but that hasn’t stopped the Trump administration’s efforts to undermine women’s health care and allow employers to interfere in personal health decisions.

We took the Trump administration to court to protect birth control coverage — and this week, we won a partial preliminary ruling stopping the new rules from going into effect. Then, yesterday, Pennsylvania won an even larger victory to block the rules. But we still have a long road ahead to win this fight for good.

Employers have no business interfering with women’s private medical decisions, but President Trump is trying to change that. His proposal would deny a substantial number of women access to birth control by allowing their employers to “opt out” of covering it as part of their employees’ health plans.

We’ll keep fighting until women in California and across the nation can be certain their legal right to birth control is protected from the Trump administration’s attacks.

Thank you,

Xavier
