I won’t take up too much of your time.

When David Valadao announced his campaign, the elections forecasters at Inside Elections almost instantly moved CA-21 from a “Likely Democratic” hold to one that only “Tilts Democratic.”

Our race in 2018 was close. But don’t discount the fact that Valadao spent the entire summer fundraising from special interests and his corporate PACs allies. Not to mention we’re facing near daily attacks from National Republicans who are hell-bent on retaking this seat.

The point is this: Our race is heating up quickly, and how we respond this month could make or break our chances of keeping CA-21 blue.

I’m not saying that to discourage you. The truth is, we’ve always been the underdog. But if we’re going to keep up with Valadao and his deep-pocketed friends this month, we’ve got to do our best to match his fundraising surge dollar for dollar.

That’s why I need to ask:

Will you make a $10 contribution to our campaign today? We don’t have corporate PAC support. But we do have incredible individuals like you who are keeping us in this fight.
