I’m excited to share that the Los Angeles Times has endorsed me to be California’s next Treasurer!
“Ma is clear-eyed about the state’s financial condition and its investment needs, and we’re confident that she would continue the policies that have done well for California taxpayers.” — Los Angeles Times, September 14, 2018
With Election Day less than two months away, I am beyond honored to have the support of a broad coalition of leaders and organizations, including some of our state’s most dedicated public servants, like past State Treasurers Kathleen Brown, Phil Angelides and Bill Lockyer, as well as our current Treasurer John Chiang. They know firsthand what the job entails, and I am honored to have their trust and support.
“Fiona Ma’s experience and vision are exactly what our state needs as it works to meet the challenges of our global economy. I’m supporting Fiona because she will be a dynamic leader who will keep California on the right track, fighting to ensure our economy works for everyone and that taxpayer dollars are spent wisely and with accountability.” — State Treasurer John Chiang
