tomorrow marks just 200 days until the first, biggest test in this contest: the Iowa Democratic caucuses.
This race is moving fast, and 200 days will go by before we know it.
I know some folks are waiting to get involved until “later on,” when Election Day is closer. But let me tell you: The stakes are too high for any of us to sit on the sidelines or wait until “later on.”
Why? Because no one else in this race is going to fight for women and families as hard as I am. Because no one else is as prepared to win back swing voters and build our base. Because when voters get a chance to hear what I have to say—they want in.
But they might not get to hear any of that unless you get off the sidelines.
So I’m setting a 24-hour fundraising goal for our team. By this time tomorrow, I want this community to have raised $20,000. That money will go directly toward helping us win in Iowa—and then winning the rest of the country.
This campaign is powered by you, not corporate PACs, or federal lobbyists, or an individual super PAC—so will you step up for the first time and help meet this 24-hour, $20,000 goal? We need to build a robust campaign that can power us through these next 200 days to Iowa, and time is running out to get it done.
