As Trump and the GOP continue their work to roll back environmental protections, California Democrats are working hard to realize our vision of a greener, cleaner California.
And there’s no better time of the year to recommit ourselves to that crucial vision than Earth Day, coming up this Monday, April 22.
To defeat climate change and make sure the environment works for all of us, we need widespread political change — and one of the best ways to create the foundation necessary for climate action is by gathering together with those in our communities with similar values.
And Earth Day is a great day to start. From festivals to community clean-ups, CalRecycle has compiled opportunities to celebrate Earth Day in communities all across California, this weekend and on Monday.
