Stories from the Border, the Mexico Side. Two young activists, Lizbeth De La Cruz Santana and Danillo Castillo both from Fresno have gone to the border Tijuana Mexico to help asylum seekers and deportees there. Lizbeth and Danillo are developing an App that will help people needing resources in Mexico. One is completing her Ph.D. at UC Davis and volunteering in Tijuana, the other left his corporate job to pursue his passion for helping refugees, both individuals volunteering in Tijuana to help asylum seekers and deportees that need help and support due to our administration’s cruel policies!
