Los Angeles, California – Southern California Armenians Democrats (SCAD), the first and largest regional Armenian-American Democratic Club in Southern California, announced their endorsement of Dave Jones for Attorney General.
“We are proud to announce SCAD’s endorsement of Dave Jones for Attorney General. Jones has demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and standing up for underrepresented communities throughout the State. We need an Attorney General who has a deep understanding of the issues minorities like Armenians face today and who has a track record of fighting for social, economic and environmental justice.” said Arthur Charchian, President of the Southern California Armenian Democrats.
“I am so honored to have the support of the Southern California Armenian Democrats,” said Dave Jones, candidate for Attorney General. “I look forward to working with SCAD to ensure that the Armenian community gets fair representation and is valued for its great contribution to California’s diversity. With nearly 500 members, SCAD is the largest Armenian-American Democratic Club in Southern California, representing voters from Montebello to San Diego.
