Yesterday, Xavier filed a legal argument to strike down the President’s unconstitutional and illegal policy from going into effect. 

The refusal rule would allow doctors, front office staff and any medical provider to refuse to treat someone due to a religious or moral objection.

People who would be harmed by this policy include women seeking abortions and LGBTQ people who are sick. And there is no exception for medical emergencies.
