As you know, COVID 19 is not just a public health crisis. It is also an economic crisis that has shuttered thousands of businesses and pushed more than thirty million people out of work. While we are all understandably eager to get back to our jobs and some semblance of normalcy, the fact is that economic recovery will not be a short-term proposition. Congress has taken bipartisan actions to provide more support for workers and small businesses in the short term.
