| Council Vice-President Esmeralda Soria is pleased to share that the Interest List for the City of Fresno’s Paint and Rehabilitation Programs is now open through November 19, 2017.
These programs serve low-income individuals who own and occupy their homes, and who must meet eligibility requirements prior to receiving services.
Interested individuals are encouraged to visit Housing Rehab Web Page to learn more about the City’s rehabilitation programs and to submit an interest form.
It is important to act quickly, as the interest list will only remain open through November 19, 2017. Once the interest list has been closed, the City will utilize a random, ongoing lottery draw system to begin contacting interested individuals to complete an application and determine eligibility for the potential rehabilitation.
