President Trump is trying to divert Americans’ attention from the disturbing challenges we face before Tuesday’s midterm elections.
That includes an anti-Semitic racist killing and injuring 17 Americans, a radical right domestic terrorist charged with mailing pipe bombs, and continued Republican threats to eliminate health care protections for 133 million people with pre-existing conditions.
Worse, he’s doing it with more scapegoating and fear-mongering aimed at vulnerable immigrant communities.
I won’t stand by as President Trump attacks our families and threatens unconstitutional attempts to strip away our rights. But I’m on the ballot on Tuesday and I can’t keep challenging President Trump in court unless we win next week. So I’m asking:
