Today, Xavier sued the Environmental Protection Agency for the 15th time because once again, the Trump administration has failed to follow the law.

Today’s lawsuit challenges the Trump administration’s assertion that waters adjacent to the San Francisco Bay are not subject to the Clean Water Act — risking our health and paving the way for the area to be sold to Big Business and developed.

It’s a sad day when the EPA looks at San Francisco Bay and doesn’t see a body of water that it should protect.
