This is big: We just got the results from a survey of more than 2,000 voters in CA-04. Weighted to reflect the likely November electorate, here’s what we learned: It’s six months out, but it’s already a close race, AND survey results show that when voters see a balanced contrast between Brynne Kennedy and Tom McClintock, Brynne already leads by two percent. the bottom line is that if we have the resources to introduce Brynne as the best choice in this election, she wins.
What they don’t all know — at least not yet — is that the alternative in this election is an accomplished businesswoman and reformer who will work across the aisle to reignite our economy, stand up to special interest corruption, demand government work smarter, and protect Social Security and Medicare. That’s where you come in. Over his long career in politics, Tom McClintock has shown nothing but antipathy for the hard-working taxpayers he represents. That’s why he refuses to live here and why he won’t hold town halls. It’s why he voted against COVID-19 relief for our community and said we were out to “game the system” — even though he’s been living well at taxpayer expense for nearly four decades. It’s why he did nothing to prevent PG&E blackouts after decades of accepting cash from their corporate PAC. And it’s why he advocates eliminating protections for pre-existing conditions, Medicare, and Social Security in a district full of medically vulnerable seniors. Elections are ultimately about choices. Let’s let CA-04 know which is best. Thanks for standing with us at this critical time. — The entire Brynne Kennedy for Congress team
The number one priority during this time is to make sure everyone helps mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in California and across the country. Our campaign is doing our part by canceling all in-person events, moving to a digital operation, and supporting local efforts to help those in need. Emails like this are a critical part of our ability to run a strong campaign that can win.
