West Area Specific Plan Open House TONIGHT!

The purpose of the Open House meeting will be to kick off planning for future development in the West Area. The project area is located west of Highway 99, generally north of Clinton Ave to the San Joaquin River and east of Garfield Ave. The West Area Specific Plan will encourage consistent and compatible land development as this part of the city grows. Potential topics to be studied will be community identity, traffic and public transportation improvements, pedestrian and bicycle enhancements, community design, and the best locations for future residential and commercial uses.
