One year from today.
In one year, we get another chance to send Tom McClintock back to his own District.
He deserves to be sent back.
For more than a decade, he’s been taking our taxpayer dollars, supposedly as our Representative in Congress. But he doesn’t represent us.
He represents businesses determined to exploit our District for their own gain, without regard to what’s best for us.
He represents the partisans who refuse to even talk to the other side, convinced that theirs is the only way forward.
He represents the do-nothings in the federal government who insist that it’s not their job to help build a place where families can raise their kids in a safe and healthy home.
We deserve better.
We deserve a representative who will fight to protect our natural resources so that we all benefit from them.
We deserve a representative who will work across the aisle, because in our divided country, that’s the only way to get things done.
We deserve a representative who knows that her job is to work for us, and to help make sure we have the tools and opportunities we need to build good homes for our families.
For the next year, we’ll be fighting for the representation we deserve.
