The Trump Administration recently announced it will open 90 percent of offshore waters to oil drilling and, bucking procedure in a stunning demonstration of political-motivated policymaking, it will exempt Florida from its new policy.
Drilling off the shores of our California coast is a non-starter. If you have a chance, I invite you to read my op-ed in today’s New York Times that makes it clear:
