Official Notice of Election Administration Plan (EAP) Publication and Invitation to Public Meeting to Discuss the EAP

The Fresno County Clerk / Registrar of Voters Brandi Orth, would like to announce the publication of the Fresno County Draft Election Administration (EAP) and the scheduling of a public meeting to discuss the draft EAP.  The draft EAP is available on the Fresno County Clerk’s website www.fresnovote.com, in nine languages.  The public comment period on the draft EAP will continue for the next fourteen (14) days; details for providing comments are available on the attached notice.

On August 14, 2019, the County Clerk will host a public meeting to consider the draft EAP.  All members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.  This is an opportunity for all interested parties to participate in an open discussion of the Draft EAP.  The meeting will be at the Elections Warehouse Training Room, 4525 E Hamilton Ave, Fresno, CA 93702 beginning at 4 pm.  The meeting will restart at 5:30 pm to facilitate discussion with community members that are unable to participate earlier in the day.
