Nunes Does Not Support Central Valley Farmers

Fresno, CA (September 4th, 2018) – Devin Nunes’ answer to a web questionnaire for KMPH Fox news shows that he does not support our local farmers. If he did, he would not be supporting Trump’s tariffs (taxes) on China. Multiple farmers across California’s 22nd Congressional District have come out against these tariffs and are very disappointed in Nunes’ representation in supporting them.

Thankfully, farmers have another alternative this November. Andrew Janz has been traveling the district for the past 16 months and has spoken to numerous farmers about the China tariffs.

“Trade wars are detrimental to our economy. I’ve talked to many farmers across the Central Valley who are troubled by the tariffs. The Central Valley feeds the nation. If Nunes wants to support political games, it should not be on the backs of hard-working American farmers,” Andrew said.

Andrew Janz held 15 public events in the month of August compared to Nunes’ zero. Andrew will continue to meet with voters this frequently until November 6th.
