Interested nonprofit subrecipients and providers are invited to attend the City of Fresno Housing and Community Development Division informational session and technical assistance (TA) workshop on Tuesday, February 20, 20168 for applicants responding to one or more of the 2018 – 2019 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFAs). As you will see in the attached announcement, this Q and A session and TA workshop will assist eligible subrecipients/providers in the preparation of NOFA Application Parts A and B and answer any process and/or advance programmatic technical questions.
