On behalf of BAPAC-Fresno, I am excited to announce the Inaugural Mid-Year Planning Conference in Fresno on May 5th – 6th. The day will be filled with informational workshops designed to discuss and plan outcomes for eight areas impacting our communities. Although the conference will have an Afrocentric focus, everyone is invited to attend. We realize that issues confronting African American communities are extremely similar issues in other communities of color. Organizations from all across the state will be attending.

The day will culminate with a Gala honoring the 22 African American elected officials between Stockton and Bakersfield. You won’t want to miss any of the days events.
