Latest news in our lawsuits to save net neutrality

We’re fighting in not one, but three lawsuits right now to preserve the free and open internet.

First, we sued the FCC over its decision to overturn net neutrality — and the FCC just responded to our appeal this week.

Then, California passed a law to protect net neutrality. The Trump administration immediately sued our state and as California’s Attorney General, it’s my job to fight back in court.
