Candi Easter
Candi Easter, a former California Democratic Party regional director for the Central Valley and longtime chair of the Kern County Democratic Party, has passed away. Candi would introduce herself as the “Queen of Kern County,” and we will miss the “Queen.” She was a staunch Democrat and supported the party at all levels. May she rest in peace.
