Last week, Councilmember Soria received support from her Fresno City council colleagues on a proposal to master plan the restoration and rehabilitation of Quigley Neighborhood Park! This is the first step in making sure District 1 has quality green space.
Quigley Park is a public, 8+ acre neighborhood park adjacent to Williams Elementary School. In December 2018, the Fresno City Parks Master Plan’s assessment of Quigley Park placed it in “poor” condition and as a top priority to fix.
We are excited to begin the work! The Master Plan will be dependent on YOUR input to create the long-term vision for Quigley Park.
Want to get involved? We will be forming an advisory committee. Please contact us at District1@fresno.gov, if interested in participating.
