I’m no fan of asking for money

I’m no fan of asking for money. Throughout my career I’ve focused on improving the lives of Californians and giving back to the state that has given me so much.

But in order to achieve our shared goals and visions for this great state, I’ll need to raise $50,000 by the March 31st FEC deadline — just 5 days away.

If everyone reading this email chipped in just $3, we’d easily surpass our $50,000 goal and have a strong showing in the primary. Can you help us get there?

This isn’t some made-up deadline or goal — our fundraising numbers will be made public, and it’s critical that we have the resources we need to show everyone watching that California is ready for new leadership.

I’ll promise you this: we’re running a lean operation, and your $3 will be spend wisely by my team. That $3 will buy supplies for volunteers, gas to get to my events throughout the state, and digital ads to spread our message far and wide.
