In a recent interview, my GOP opponent claimed our challenges against the Trump administration “have little value to California.”
He’s wrong, MICHAEL. We go to court to fight President Trump’s policy decisions because as the state that’s home to 40 million people, we stand to lose more than other states when access to healthcare, environmental protections and more are on the line.
I won’t ever back down when the Trump administration threatens our people, values and resources. But I can’t do it without your support, MICHAEL.
I’ll work with the federal government whenever it’s in our state’s best interest, and I won’t apologize for fighting back when this administration’s policies threaten our people.
My job is to protect our families’ safety and welfare, and as long as I’m California Attorney General, you can count on me to keep up the fight.
