Add your name if you’re still committed to fighting back against the GOP’s health care repeal.
I used to work on a trash truck, so I know garbage when I see it.
The GOP’s health care repeal bill is a flaming dumpster fire.
If it becomes law, 22 million people will lose their health coverage and $800 billion will be slashed from Medicaid, all to pay for tax breaks for millionaires and billionaires.
That’s not an exaggeration, Michael — Republicans literally want to steal from the sick to give to the rich.
Here’s some good news, though: what you’re doing is working. You’re rallying, calling, protesting, and petitioning — and you’ve given the GOP pause. Mitch McConnell delayed the repeal vote last week because of you.
But the GOP hasn’t given up. After seven years of clamoring to repeal the Affordable Care Act, you can be certain they’re not going to go down without a fight.
So let’s give them one. Let’s keep rallying and calling, protesting and petitioning — we have to keep making our voices heard until this repeal bill is dead for good.
I need to know you’re still in this, because we can only win this fight if we’re all in it together. If you are, say so today:
Thanks,
Tom
