It is now just four months until the June 5 Primary — about three months until voters have ballots — and Delaine needs your help. While the other candidates in the race think they can spend millions of dollars to buy the election, Delaine knows true support starts and ends with volunteers and the grassroots.

For months, a dedicated group of volunteers have been actively managing voter contact, local social media pages, gathering endorsements, and a host of other campaign activities. We work in teams and coordinate activities across regions. And we get results.
At the Women’s March, volunteers gathered over 1,000 signatures in one day to get Delaine’s name on the statewide ballot to reduce our filing costs. We had marchers in at least 12 cities across California representing Delaine. And we are seen and heard at local farmer’s markets, Democratic Clubs, and college campuses.
But in order to defeat the big money boys, we need everyone to step up. Sign up to volunteer.
If everyone on this list signs up for just one volunteer phone or walk shift, that would amount to 750,000 voter contacts. If everyone did two shifts, that would be 1.5 million, the number of votes we need to make it into the run-off.
