| We all have our personal story of people who have inspired us, and demonstrated how to serve effectively and still honorably. Mine starts with Judge Ab Mikva and a skinny guy from Illinois who he introduced me to when I was just starting out. Both Judge Mikva and President Obama proved how we can make the world a better place, and bring out the best in others.
As we celebrate President Obama’s birthday this week, I wanted to share my story of how I met Barack and how he inspired me to run for office… President Obama always reminded me if you don’t ask, you can’t expect people to join in. So I’m asking for your help to get our message out today by sharing our video with your friends.
