One of my favorite activities in the Valley is attending the fairs and festivals hosted throughout our cities and counties. These events offer us the opportunity to interact with each other, share our diverse backgrounds, and enjoy quality time with our families. Not to mention the delicious food; nothing is better than a corn dog and a nice cold lemonade on a hot night in the Valley!
This summer, I enjoyed talking to voters, eating good food, and seeing folks from all over our community at the Kings and Tulare County Fairs. I even got the chance to watch a kids dance competition at the Kern County Fair!
I’m excited to go to the Big Fresno Fair which opens this week. I hope you’ll join me at the Fresno County Democratic Party booth at the Big Fresno Fair on the evenings of Friday, October 5th, and Friday, October 12th!
