So here’s something to give you hope: we have the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution on our side. That makes the courts one of our most important — and effective — tools for defending our rights.

As California’s Attorney General, I’m doing everything I can to lead the fight whenever President Trump threatens our families and our values. And I’ll keep up the fight as long as I’m in office — but first, we have to win our campaign this November.
