The Fresno County Democratic Central Committee has not endorsed any candidate in this race.

One thing has become very clear from the debates in Washington: If Californians want real, accessible healthcare solutions, we need to choose our own road.

I’ve already worked with Governor Brown to provide $20 million in emergency grants to keep community clinics open, but I believe we need to take even bigger steps to find the solutions that work for California.

As state treasurer and state controller, I’ve worked to balance the numbers and get the job done for Californians. Now I’m ready to lead the way to making healthcare accessible to all of us as your next governor. But I need your help.

Before tomorrow’s midnight deadline, will you chip in and help me build a campaign that will fight to make healthcare accessible to all?

Making sure that every Californian has access to affordable healthcare is going to be a big project — and it can’t just be about big talk.

California needs a leader who can make the numbers work, and I believe I have the experience to make it happen.

But before we can get there, we need to build a campaign strong enough to show Californians in every part of the state that there is a path forward.

Reaching our goal before tomorrow’s deadline is a critical step forward in this fight, and I need your help to do it.

Help me reach our $25,000 end-of-quarter goal by midnight tomorrow, and together we’ll work to make sure every Californian has access to the affordable healthcare they need.

Thanks for your support,

John Chiang
