On Labor Day we celebrate the hard working women and men who fought for worker rights and our country to be great. Working families understand that while much has been gained, there are still those that are struggling to make ends meet. We must stand up with and for them, because when they prosper we all prosper.
Every year, I have the honor to serve the workers and their families from Fresno, Madera and Tulare counties at the Central Labor Council’s Labor Day Pancake Breakfast. Together, we celebrate their hard work and contributions to the prosperity and economic well being of America and our region.
I stand with working families and will continue to work to support increased economic opportunities for all of them in the Central Valley.
