A lot has happened since our last filing that I want to tell you about. Most notably I received 56% of the vote at the California Democratic Party convention, beating the appointed attorney general by 14 points! This was a major upset demonstrating the strength of our campaign throughout the state.
Recognizing both my progressive record and ability to win, numerous grassroots organizations have endorsed my candidacy, including California NOW, UNITE HERE!, the Stonewall Democratic Club, the Democratic Party of San Fernando Valley, the California Federation of Teachers, and the Consumer Federation of California.
