Please join us at our meeting Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at 5:30 PM.
The meeting agenda and last month’s minutes are attached so you can review ahead of time and print if you want to have it handy during the meeting.
This month we have a whole line up of speakers for you (scheduled times are subject to change). Each candidate will have 5-10 minutes to speak and answer questions:
6:15 Dr. Daren Miller for Fresno City School Board Area 3
6:25 Alexander Grimaldi for Fowler City Council
6:35 Nasreen Johnson for SCCCD Trustee Area 2
6:45 James Martinez for Fresno City School Board Area 3
6:55 David Paredes for FUSD Trustee Area 5
7:05 Dary Rezvani for SCCCD Trustee Area 3
Most of these candidates have completed our questionnaire and we urge you to review them ahead of time. Since there are too many to include in this email you can read them on our website: https://fresnostonewalldemocrats.org/endorsements/candidate-info/
As announced at the last two meetings we will be voting on candidate endorsements this month after we’ve heard everyone speak. The voting will be conducted using Zoom’s anonymous polling as we’ve used in previous meetings. You must be connected using the Zoom app to participate in voting. People calling in by phone do not have the ability to vote in polls.
The list of previously endorsed candidates can be viewed here: https://fresnostonewalldemocrats.org/endorsements/
