I need your help to make one last push and ensure that we win this election and can finally begin the important work to make the Valley a better place to live, work and raise our families.
Voter turnout will be key in this year’s election. Having a plan to vote can help avoid any unexpected barriers that may come up. Do you have a plan to vote?
Here are some things to consider:
When will you vote? Morning, afternoon, night
Do you know your polling place? If you don’t remember, you can look it up by county:
How are you getting there? Walking, driving, public transit
Who’s going with you? Just me, family, friends, anyone I can convince
Here’s what my plan looks like:
To make things even easier, Lyft will be offering free rides to the polls! To request a free ride to the polls, text VoteVL to 73179. Other mobile ride sharing services will be offering discounted rides.
Polls will open tomorrow at 7:00 am, and will remain open until 8:00 pm. If you are in line by 8:00 pm, you will be allowed to vote. Don’t leave the line!
If you’ve already voted please make sure all your friends and family members vote as well, and help get them to the polls if necessary.
If you have any questions about voting, give us a call at (530) 710-8487. Let’s make sure our voices are heard tomorrow!
After voting, make sure to stop by our Election Night Watch Party on Tuesday from 7pm-11pm, in 721 Broadway St. in Fresno!
