Dear resident, 

The City of Fresno Housing Retention grants are now available for individuals and families impacted by COVID-19. These grants will offer assistance of up to $3,000 per family residing in the City of Fresno.

To qualify for assistance you must:

  • Be a resident of the City of Fresno
  • Meet income eligibility criteria (see chart
  • Be impacted by COVID-19 and unable to pay rent or mortgage

If you have experienced job loss, reduction in work hours, medical expenses etc. due to COVID-19 or know someone who has, please contact one of the organizations below to request an application for housing assistance.

Querido residente,

Las becas de retención de viviendas de la ciudad de Fresno ahora están disponibles para individuos y familias afectadas por COVID-19. Estas becas ofrecerán asistencia de hasta $3,000 por familia que residen en la ciudad de Fresno.

Para calificar para asistencia, debe:

  • Ser residente de la ciudad de Fresno
  • Cumplir con los criterios de elegibilidad de ingresos (ver tabla)
  • Ser afectado por COVID-19 e incapaz de pagar el alquiler o la hipoteca

Si ha sido afectado por pérdida de trabajo, reducción de horas de trabajo, gastos médicos, etc. debido a COVID-19 o conoce a alguien en esta situación, comuníquese con una de las organizaciones a continuación para solicitar una aplicación de asistencia de vivienda.
