CA’s Assembly and Senate are bluer than ever!

Yesterday, the 120 members of California’s legislature were sworn in for a new term — and the ranks in the Assembly and Senate are bluer than ever!

Thanks to the hard work of California Democrats up and down the state, on Election Day we flipped at least five assembly seats and three in the Senate.

Democrats now occupy roughly three-fourths of the seats in both legislative houses.

Now, it’s time to continue showing the nation what true progressive leadership looks like — by passing more progressive policies that work for all of us!

To mark this historic day, will you sign our card congratulating the California Democrats — both new and old — sworn in yesterday, and urge them to keep fighting for our progressive values?!
