There’s a lot happening in Washington this week that you should know about:

⇒ Today, House Democrats took legislative action to condemn Trump’s latest attempt to invalidate the Affordable Care Act.

⇒ Trump has doubled down on threats to shutdown our southern border — a move that would have a devastating economic impact to Southern California communities. Democrats in the House are taking action to halt this disastrous plan.

⇒ Yesterday, I was named Vice Chair of the Majority’s Task Force on Rural Poverty — a House leadership group tasked with combating poverty and expanding opportunity nationwide.
