I want to thank my family, friends, community members, business leaders, community advocates and elected officials for the outpouring of support for my campaign for Fresno City Council, District 7. As a first-time candidate, I am humbled and encouraged

I will continue to work hard by knocking on doors and making calls to earn the vote of every voter in District 7. As I meet voters, I’m listening to the real issues that are affecting their lives, concerns over the growing homeless population, public safety, litter removal and infrastructure development needs. I look forward to working on those issues and advancing solutions to improve our community.

In January, I was honored to speak at the Fresno Women’s March and was inspired by the number of women and men in our community that want change. One of the reasons, I decided to run for public office is to ensure that women have a seat at the table because we positively change the world.
