Big victory yesterday to protect Dreamers - Fresno County Democratic Party

When President Trump tried to end DACA, putting young immigrants at risk of deportation, I led a multi-state lawsuit to defend Dreamers.

Already, we’ve forced the federal government to reinstate DACA for nearly 200,000 Dreamers. And yesterday, we won a major victory when a federal appeals court ruled that DACA is lawful.
