Please plan to join the Central California Region and Fresno Chapter of the Black American Political Association of California (BAPAC) on Saturday, April 27th for their Annual Mid-Year Planning Convening.  State and Central Valley lawmakers and community members will gather to address three topic areas.
Session #1- How will BAPAC impact the 2020 election cycle for California and the Central Valley? 
Moderator- Debbie Darden; Panelists- Dr. Willie Blair, BAPAC State President, Dr. Henry Hendrix, Central CA Vice President
Session #2- What is the state of education for African American children in California and the Central Valley?
Moderator- Daren Miller; Panelist- Khieem Jackson, Asst. Supt. CDE, Eva Ruiz, Trustee Board Member CTA, Pastor Tobias Brookins, local educator
Session #3- Young, Diverse, & Active: How will Millennials (Generationals) impact the 2020 Election Cycle?
Moderator- Janee Young; Panelist- Kaya Herron, Govt. Liaison FMBCC, Garbralle Conroe, Adjunct Professor FSU & Marcel Woodruff, Community Organizer Faith in the Valley
