It’s no secret that the Trump administration is doing whatever it can to chip away at women’s rights and undermine Roe v. Wade. As California’s Attorney General, I’ve been fighting back in court against the president’s harmful attacks on women’s health care.

Now, the Trump administration has announced an outrageous new “gag rule” that would gut Title X funding for health providers like Planned Parenthood that offer — or even mention — abortion services as part of a full spectrum of women’s reproductive health care.
