Add your name to oppose President Trump’s illegal power grab

When President Trump decided to ignore Congress and illegally use taxpayer dollars to fund his border wall, we fought back, taking him to court to stop his abuse of power.

But as our legal battle continues, so does the President’s fake emergency. So today, I am filing a motion to block this unconstitutional national emergency while our case makes its way through the courts.

Congress sent a loud and clear message by voting against President Trump’s border wall. Declaring a manufactured national emergency in response is an unconstitutional power grab.

We simply can’t allow the President to illegally spend taxpayer dollars on a project that Congress explicitly rejected. That is not the way our government is supposed to work.
