A federal court in Texas is expected to rule any day now on the lawsuit. Democratic Attorneys General are leading the charge to defend the ACA, and we need you with us.
Obamacare has been a resounding success, but some politicians will stop at nothing to undo the health care law, and score the political victory they have been trying for since the Affordable Care Act was signed into law.
If this lawsuit succeeds, protections for people with preexisting conditions could end, Medicaid expansion—which has helped millions of people gain access to affordable health care—could be rolled back, and our health care system could be thrown into chaos.
