ALEX ROOKER RE-ELECTED VICE CHAIR OF CA DEM PARTY

SACRAMENTO, CA — Tonight, Alex Rooker was re-elected First Vice Chair of the California Democratic Party. The vote took place at the California Democratic Party’s convention at the Sacramento Convention Center.

Alex Rooker, the newly re-elected First Vice Chair of the California Democratic Party stated:

“I am extraordinarily grateful for the confidence placed in me by the delegates of our California Democratic Party. I’d like to thank my supporters from the bottom of my heart. Their support is a testament to the enormous progress that we Democrats have made in recent years, and it represents a bold validation of our accomplishments here in the Golden State – from equal pay to safeguards for workers’ rights, to tough environment laws, a $15 minimum wage to protections for immigrants and more.
