 Hey there,
I’m sure you’re gearing up for Thanksgiving with the family, but I wanted to give you a quick update on my race: After today’s ballot count, we cut David Valadao’s lead in half and now only trail by 447 votes. We’re down by 0.5%, but if this trend continues, we still have a shot at pulling away with the win once every ballot is counted. Trust me, I know this counting process has been long — we’re one of the last House races in the country that still hasn’t been finalized. That being said, I want to give a special thank you to the elections workers in this district, our staff, and our incredible volunteers who have been working so hard into the holidays. Don’t worry, I’m making sure that everyone on Team TJ gets to enjoy the holiday tomorrow, but we’re still in this fight and we have to keep pushing until the end.
