I have some unfortunate news to share with you: Yesterday President Trump announced that his new National Security Advisor will be John Bolton.
David Corn of Mother Jones said it best: this is “the scariest development of this presidency.”
Bolton is a proud warmonger and Iraq war cheerleader who has advocated for pre-emptive strikes against Iran and North Korea.
Michael, I respect Dianne Feinstein’s service to our state, but I disagree strongly with her vote to authorize the Iraq war.
California must have two senators as vocal and active as possible to stop Trump from taking us into any further illegal, costly, and tragic wars.

“I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality… I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word.”
